The Jazvolution band...
... is an artistic culmination of years of musical nurturing, development and cultivation, originated in Hong Kong. The concept is the brainchild of band leader / bassist Justin Siu. Upon appointment as the musical director of one of the finest live music venues in Hong Kong – The Blue Bar at the 6-star Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong – Justin began working with many international artists, who were invited to perform with the resident band, led by Justin himself. Some notable luminaries include Howard McCrary (Grammy nominated singer / pianist, USA), and Eugene Pao (Hong Kong’s premiere jazz guitarist), among many others, lending their world-class presence and musicality on the very stage. The Blue Bar garnered wide acclaim for its exquisite live music that is among the best Hong Kong has to offer.Slowly but surely, a musical concept was developed. Jazvolution became the natural extension of the years of music making. Infused of the rich musical influences from the best artists surrounding Justin.
